We will send you a booking confirmation via SMS or email. Please check your spam/junk folders. Wait for our confirmation before arriving at the scheduled time. The duration of the seating is 120 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

Hours

Wednesday to Friday: lunch 10:30am–2:30pm, dinner 5:00pm–11:00pm. Saturday: dinner 5:00pm–11:00pm. There is no Saturday lunch service.

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday the restaurant is closed to the public and available for private functions only. If you have found us through a search and it is a Sunday evening, we are not open for walk-in dining — but the venue may well be available to book for a future date.

Public holiday hours vary. Check our Google listing or social media, which are updated before each one.

Lost property, feedback, supplier enquiries and media requests: email is the fastest route to a reply, usually within a business day.

If something was not right on your visit, we would genuinely rather hear it directly than read it later. Email goes to someone who can actually do something about it.

Before you book, see the menus or read about the steakhouse. For a group or a celebration, private function enquiries go to the same phone number and email above.


Finding us

4 Tabbita Street, Moorabbin VIC 3189. Free off-street parking directly outside — no meters and no time limits.

Moorabbin station is a short walk on the Frankston line. If you are driving from Bentleigh allow about six minutes, from Highett four, from Cheltenham five, from Mentone nine and from Brighton around ten.

Tabbita Street runs off the main road and is easy to miss at night. The building is lit and signed; if you reach the end of the street you have gone slightly too far.

For private functions, email info@woodandbone.com.au with your date and approximate numbers, or call the number above. We will come back with availability and menu options rather than a brochure and a deposit link.

Christmas dates start filling in September. If you are enquiring in November, call rather than email — it is faster and we can sometimes find something the calendar suggests we cannot.
